V & J Hair and Beauty Haven was founded by Victoria Adoma Aboagye, a native of Ghana, and Kofi Jah G Dover, originally from Guyana, now a citizen of the USA. Together, they combine their passion for business, hair styling and beauty treatments with their shared belief in the power of natural products from Alkebulan, their Motherland. Their goal is to show that Native Alkebulans and Diasporans can work and prosper together in unity, creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all clients, regardless of nationality and ethnicity.

Kofi Jah G brings to this partnership a plethora of professional experiences and qualifications. In addition to being a college professor, an author, and a member of The US Press Association, he is also the CEO of OLAI MULTIVERSAL ENTERPRISES LLC, the parent company of Global Elite Force Security ( California ), Global Elite Force Security Guyana, OLAI Press, Multiversal Records, OLAI Multiversal Academy, and OME Ghana Holdings. He holds an associate degree in naval engineering, two bachelor's degrees in African American Studies and English, respectively, a master's degree in creative writing, and numerous certificates and awards.

A graduate of Awasuman Senior High School, Victoria Adoma holds a senior high certificate, and recently earned a certificate in English Composition from OLAI Multiversal Academy, via it distance learning program. She has been a professional beautician for two years now.
